The owners of family-run cafe, Hollands has recieved a cease and desist accusing them of copyright infringement from department store giant Harrods\' laywers.
It\'s been accused that the Hollands Cafe sign bares too striking a resemblance to that of the Harrods sign.
And while the family-run cafe is only David to the million sqaure foot store\'s Goliath, Harrods is requesting the cafe to change its name and sign.
In an interview with the Telegraph, shop owner, Nigel Hollands said this:
\"It is absolute rubbish. It is just bizarre and it is obviously causing us a lot of problems and worry.
We have put in a lot of our money into this business – it is a little family run restaurant. \"
