A rumor passing through the marketing department for Oklahoma University has been confirmed to Northssports that the Sooners are in the works of marketing a new logo for the University. This new logo will feature the inverted “Longhorn” logo.
Multiple calls were made from the Bleachers Report to Oklahoma administrator’s but none, it\'s said, were answered and calls have yet to have been returned.It has been rumored for months that this action would be part of a new logo as so that Oklahoma fans couldshowcase their hatred for the University of Texas.
The hope is to unite Sooners fans, old and new.
